Welcome to 18 Holes to Home

Some of the best conversations do not happen in boardrooms - they happen on the golf course. 18 Holes to Home was created to bring together two things people already care about: golf and real estate.

Instead of sitting through a traditional seminar or trying to navigate the home-buying process alone, two golfers each week join us for a round and learn what it takes to buy, sell, and finance a home.

During the front nine, one golfer walks with Isaac to cover search strategy, offers, negotiations, inspections, and closing. The other golfer walks with our lending partner to cover mortgage options, rates, loan programs, and payment planning. On the back nine, they switch so everyone gets the full picture.

Front 9 with lending

Talk through pre-approvals, rates, loan programs, down payment options, and monthly payment planning.

Step 4

Back 9 switch

Participants switch so everyone gets both the real-estate strategy and financing strategy.

Step 5

Finish with clarity

Leave with a clear understanding of what it takes to move forward with confidence.
